FromWomenToWomen is a project by Hanna Milling, in creative collaboration with Stefana Bosse & Gina Vadana, with contributions by Ilan Stephani, Turiya Hanover, Sabine Lichtenfels, Abigail Iquo Isuo, Dolores Richter and the courageous participation of more than 70 women aged 21 to 77 with roots in 6 continents and more than 30 countries.

This film emerged through a profound and multi-layered process of co-creation with the many women who contributed to it.

We are women of different sexual orientations and life stages, aged 21 to 77, with roots in over 30 countries across six continents: Africa, Europe, Asia, North America, South America, and Australia/Oceania.

Our roots are: Afro-American, Australian, Austrian, British, Colombian, Costa Rican, Dominican, Eritrean, French, German, Ghanaian, Hebrew, Hungarian, Indian, Israeli, Italian, Ivorian, Japanese, Canadian, Korean, Lebanese, Malian, Nigerian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swiss, Taiwanese, Transylvanian, Turkish, Ukrainian.

We stand together for peace.
We begin with ourselves.

We speak from our own lived experience, and for those who resonate with these words.

We name patterns we recognise as the result of collective trauma and conditioning — Yet we take responsibility only for ourselves and do not presume to speak on behalf of every woman.
